The start of a new academic year ushers in a horde of young, wide-eyed kids hoping to make a memorable experience out of their engineering life at the tranquil campus of JSSS&TU. The first month of college is spent shuffling to innumerable induction courses, making new friends and getting accustomed to the new environment. However, that's not all there is to college life, is it?

It is always refreshing getting together with like-minded individuals to exchange ideas and thoughts about anything and everything. One surefire way of meeting such people are at student clubs. Taking part in extracurricular activities is a guaranteed way of having fun and getting to know the awesome folks you work with is an added bonus.

Having lost seasoned warriors to graduation, almost all the clubs on campus will be looking to induct fresh talent. The Pilot Episode is one such event that calls for new recruits to join the ranks of The Editorial Board.

The Pilot Episode is the first of many events organized by The Editorial Board and it’s an introductory session organized annually to let the student community know about our recruitment process, which is conducted shortly afterward.

The event starts off with a brief glimpse into the roles and responsibilities of The Editorial Board as a student club and is followed by a series of interactive games. Finally, the current crew members introduce themselves before concluding the event. If you are someone who loves puns, caption games, and KitKats then you’ll definitely love The Pilot Episode. Do come to check us out during the pilot season!
