There are some people whose personalities are easy to understand… and then there’s Pranav Karthik. Even his name is confusing. In a club where we already have a Pranav and a Karthik, this man really decided to be both. He’s like a combo offer nobody asked for. Half the time, people don’t know whether to call him Pranav, Karthik, or both. It’s like he couldn’t decide on one personality, so he just took two. And if the name wasn’t enough confusion, his past decisions definitely add to it, especially that legendary long hair era. There was a phase where he just grew his hair and was committed to it. No need to get into details…but let’s just say it led to some very serious discussions within the club, and we moved on.

Trying to understand him only gets harder when you look at his Instagram feed. It’s honestly concerning. He’s out there double-tapping the most random, off-beat, kharab dance reels like they’re some hidden masterpieces. At this point, even Instagram has probably stopped trying to figure him out and is just experimenting. At one point, I genuinely got so confused that I decided to investigate. I went and asked his juniors, thinking I’d finally get a clear answer about who he actually is. They confidently told me, “He’s a nerd, very innocent, super introverted, alone studying and really kind-hearted.”I just stood there for a second like… are we talking about the same person? Because the version they described and the version we see daily are two completely separate personalities. At this point, I’m convinced there are two Pranavs, and we somehow got the upgraded, chaotic, meaner version.

He’s someone who quietly builds skills on the side. He sings, plays the guitar, anchors for events, and is genuinely good at it — no exaggeration there. Add to that his academic side, where he manages to stay on top of things, and it starts to feel slightly unfair. While most people are trying to handle one thing at a time, he seems to be collecting talents without much effort. And then there’s his art. It’s not just good — it’s genuinely impressive. The kind that makes you pause for a second and wonder how the same person with that Instagram feed is capable of creating something so refined. He also manages to create the most cursed, random, yet funny stickers. The kind you don’t expect, don’t ask for, but somehow end up using all the time. And then comes his most feared quality — roasting. Or, more accurately, bullying in the name of roasting. Seniors, friends, classmates… no one is safe.

In the end, Pranav Karthik is one of those rare people who somehow manages to do everything (and do it well) — while still keeping everyone slightly confused. He’s a mix of talent, confidence, chaos, and unpredictability — someone you may not fully understand, but definitely won’t forget.
