Kirikiriiiiii (that’s what I call her, and it has its own lore), where do I even begin?
A book could be written about this vampire—no, not human—vampire, for all the tea I have on her, but for now, this should suffice.
There's the jack of all trades and master of none, and then there's Diya, who seems to be the master of all. Great driver? Check. Master chef? Check. Genius at tech? Triple check. She can play the guitar and violin, sing, dance, paint, and crochet like a professional. She's also a pro multitasker. She's known to be an exercise-holic, doing cardio and weight workouts for hours every day! The list doesn't stop here, but I'll have to write that book (maybe I will) if I continue.
Kirikiri here doesn't believe in spending time on food or sleep. That's for us mortals, not for her. She's awake all night—coding while finishing an entire series on Netflix. In the morning, she catches up on her reading (she's read everything from psychological crime thrillers to the Bhagavad Gita, being a major Krishna bhakt), writing (she could publish and become rich if she wanted to), exercise (indoors, of course—this vampire is allergic to sunlight), and her hundred other hobbies. One more thing: she doesn't go looking for accidents; accidents come looking for her. Random vehicles come and hit her, but she walks away with less damage than the vehicle. She also falls a lot, tripping over thin air! Where does she have the time or strength for this? Well, this is why I call her a vampire. Vampiric strength, speed, and regenerative powers are the only plausible explanations for how she's alive and functioning.
She has the brains of a vampire—laden with infinite wisdom and sarcasm that'll make you want to melt into a puddle, but this vampire miraculously has a soul and a human heart, an extraordinarily kind and compassionate one at that. She'll be there for you anytime, day or night, and will always have your back. She's that friend who's a phone call away and will help you bury a body and keep you from jail time if she picks up. Call her in an emergency, and she'll help you bury a body IF she answers that call. Or else she’ll show up after you're dead and bury you instead.
Nevertheless, Diya is my favourite vampire, and I adore her and marvel at her. I hope she achieves her moon-high goals. Knowing this crazy vampire, she will. May Lord Jagannath fulfil all her heart's desires; she deserves nothing less.
Needless to say, the Board will sorely miss its marvellous dear vampire and wishes her the best of luck.
